Our purpose is to meet the housing needs of the underserved in our communities including but not limited to BIPOCs, women in transition from trauma, our beloved and often forgotten elderly, and our dedicated veterans. These groups are often high-risk facing homelessness, stress(mental and financial), lack of access to vital resources, and general stability. We hope to reduce those risks with affordable housing opportunities & we also endeavor to support other worthy causes on the front-line engaging with these people daily.

Project planning
It’s the details that separate your extraordinary new home from the ordinary new home construction. Our team creates a clear strategy of all details throughout the home and what indeed is essential to the homeowner. We consider all possible costs, design elements, specifications, etc. to maintain our commitment to affordable quality
new construction
We handle all aspects of construction and serve as the main point of contact for all subcontractors, vendors and city inspectors, etc. to resolve any issues as they arise. Construction will be overseen by our diligent Project Managers, who will be on site daily ensuring all work is done to the required specifications. We track all aspects of scheduling and expenses ensuring the project stays on task through completion.

We breathe new life into distressed houses to create that special place called "home". As with all our projects, our goal is to maintain quality AND affordability. Each renovation is completed with the care and attention it deserves of our developer and master craftsmen to ensure the quality is there and the project stays on budget.
